As of March 1st, 2022, the following changes will be made to my business. After lots of time and research I am implementing some exciting changes that will help streamline your experience as a client.

 

1. Im going tipless! That’s right, I will no longer be accepting gratuity. Let’s face it, gratuity can be a pain and even uncomfortable sometimes, so I am doing away with it. This will help take any guess work out of the expenses of your appointment. I am a licensed professional with 12 years of experience and business owner and although appreciated, additional compensation is not necessary. Instead of tipping, buy yourself some new products, add on a conditioning treatment, or refer your friends.  

 

2. Due to inflation, demand, and product costs, I will also be rolling out a new pricing structure and increase which can be found on the menu under pricing.

I will quote you prior to beginning your service. Remember all cuts are 50% off when combined with a chemical service and you will also receive $20 off your service for any referrals that book with me.

 

3. Sorbet Hair Studio will be changing to Enchantment Haircraft and I will also be doing some rebranding. These changes are a reflection of me as a business owner and service provider.

 

If any of these changes don’t suit you, I am more than happy to refer you to someone else.
